- Use the handrails for balance and support as needed.
- To stop the Performance treadmill, press the stop button or step off the belt.
- Cool down by walking or stretching after your workout.
- Always start with a warm-up and end with a cool-down to help prevent injury. It’s also important to stay hydrated and pay attention to your body’s signals to prevent overexertion.
